Homepage Redesign
The updated Home page provides a more organized view of your day-to-day activity. The new layout includes expanded sections such as Patients, My Appointments This Week, Billings, and the new Task Buckets.

Tasks - New Buckets for Urgent, Overdue, and Messages
We’ve expanded Global Tasks to include new dedicated buckets, making it easier to stay on top of high-priority items.
Urgent Tasks: Displays all tasks assigned to you that have been marked as urgent.
Overdue Tasks: Displays all tasks assigned to you that are past their due date.
Messages: Displays any task assigned to you that has comments attached, helping you quickly identify items with ongoing discussions.
Notes - Updated Default Header
The default header for Notes has been refreshed with a cleaner, more professional design in line with medical letterhead standards.
Referrals - Notify Option Update
We resolved an issue where the Notify option in Referrals could assign the wrong recipient name when multiple contacts shared the same fax number in the Address Book. Now, the From field is searchable by fax number. Before sending the letter, you can click the From field and select the correct name of the recipient. This name gets added to the letter that is sent.
Schedule – Rejected Appointments in Week View
We’ve added the ability to see when patients reject an appointment directly in the Week view. In addition to the white checkmark that indicates confirmations, a red cross will now display for rejections. This allows users to quickly distinguish between confirmed and rejected appointments at a glance.
🛠️ What is Fixed
Clinic Information – Address Update Issue Fixed
Previously, changes made to the clinic address in the Edit My Clinic → Clinic Information section were not being saved and reverted after navigating away. This issue has now been resolved, and all updates to clinic address details will be saved correctly.
Portal – Patients Editing Submitted Questionnaires
We fixed an issue where patients were able to return to the Portal and edit questionnaires after they had already been submitted. Once a questionnaire is submitted, it can no longer be modified.
Notes & Forms – Health Number Placeholder Fixed
The Health Number placeholder in forms and notes has been fixed, and it correctly displays both the health number and version code (for Ontario patients).
Results – IH Results Assignment
An issue where Interior Health results were not remaining assigned to the correct patient has been resolved. Patients will now stay properly linked to their results.
