Learn more about all the new exciting features and improvements to Arya.

Updated this week

📣What's New and Improved

PDF Annotation

We’ve added a new Annotate button that allows you to mark up PDFs directly within Arya. You can now add a movable, resizable annotation box and type comments or insert your signature directly onto documents before filing, printing, or faxing.

To learn more about this option, please check the article below:

Billing – Pin Additional Information Panel

In Global Billing, users can now pin the billing information panel so it remains open while navigating between billing items.

🛠️ What is Fixed

Scheduling – Stop Reminders for Rejected Appointments

Appointments with a Rejected confirmation status will no longer trigger additional reminder messages, preventing confusing notifications to patients.

Growth Charts: 2–19 Year Charts Blocked for 2-Year-Old Patients

Growth chart entries now correctly allow inputs and display plotting for patients older than 2 but younger than 3, ensuring data appears in the appropriate charts.

Results Messaging: Incorrect Provider Name Shown

Messages sent by clinical users now correctly display the sender’s name; for non-clinical senders, the patient’s assigned provider displays as expected.

Referrals: Incoming Table Not Sorting

Sorting by headers such as Date Received, Referred By, Assigned To, Status, Label, Notified, and Urgency now functions reliably in the global incoming referrals table.

Results: LifeLabs “Reports” Text Overflow + eFax Error

Long text in LifeLabs “Reports” categories now wraps properly, eliminating horizontal scrolling and preventing related 500 errors when eFaxing these results.
