πŸ“£What's New and Fixed

Notify Function – Contact Selection Error

When using the Notify function, users have been receiving an error even after selecting a contact from the dropdown in the fax number field. This issue has been fixed, and the Notify function now works as expected.


Schedule & Profile – Phone Number Format

The patient phone numbers in the Schedule right-side panel and the info icon in the patient profile are now consistently displayed in the standard format with the dashes.


Patient Profile – Appointment History Navigation

In Patient Profile > Appointment History, clicking Edit next to an upcoming appointment now takes you to the correct appointment date and clinical user.


Task Buckets – Re-ordering

When task buckets were re-ordered previously, the changes were not saved and the buckets reverted to their original order after navigating away. This issue has been fixed, and re-ordering now saves correctly.


Task Buckets – Option to Remove Buckets

An option has been added to remove both default and custom task buckets. When clicking Edit at the top of the left-side panel, users will now see red delete icons next to each bucket, allowing them to be removed.


Schedule – Unavailable Placeholder Issue

Previously, when 10-minute placeholders were added to a schedule, the Day view incorrectly showed those time slots as both unavailable and available, allowing appointments to be booked into blocked times. This issue has been fixed, and unavailable placeholders now display correctly.


Demographics – Referring/Family Physician Fields Not Saving

Referring and Family Physician selections were not being saved correctly in patient charts. This occurred when creating a new patient from an incoming fax or when adding a new patient directly from the patient list. Both issues have been fixed, and the Referring and Family Physician fields now save and display properly in Demographics.


Patient Profile – Contact Search Improvements

The contact search field in the patient profile now displays only favourite contacts when clicked. If the user has no favourites, the field will remain empty. When typing in the search field, all matching contacts (favourites and non-favourites) will be displayed.


Patient Portal – Password Reset

Previously, on the Forgot Password page, attempting to reset a password resulted in an error for patients and no reset link was sent. This issue has been fixed, and password reset links are now sent as expected.
