Online Booking: Select Appointment Types per Placeholder
You can now specify which appointment types patients can book online for each Available Placeholder in the Schedule. This gives clinics greater control over their online booking availability and patients will only see time slots that match the appointment type they select.
Billing: Appointment Start and End Times Transfer to Claims (Optional Setting)
To improve billing workflows, Arya now supports transferring Start and End times from scheduled appointments directly into claims. A new checkbox has been added to the Edit Appointment Type window in the Schedule settings. When selected, the timing from the Schedule is carried into the billing claim automatically, reducing manual entry.
Address Book: Province-Specific Contact Filtering
We have improved the contacts database to better support clinics working within specific provinces. The Address Book will now display contacts that are relevant to your clinic's province, helping reduce clutter and making it easier to find the right providers.
🛠️ What is Fixed
Schedule: Archived Appointments Not Included in Daysheet View
Previously, the Archived appointments were removed from the Schedule view but still appeared in the printed Daysheet. This inconsistency has now been resolved and archived appointments will no longer appear on the Daysheet.
Telehealth: Patient Video Not Visible When Joining from iPhone
We’ve identified an issue affecting Telehealth calls where patients joining from an iPhone appear as a blank screen to the physician, despite the patient being successfully connected. This has been resolved and the video should now be working correctly for both the patient and the physician.
AI Assist eFax: ‘Assigned To’ Dropdown Now Selectable
Users have reported an issue with using AI Assist, the ‘Assigned To’ field was unresponsive and the dropdown list of clinicians would not appear. This prevented users from proceeding with chart creation, as the field is mandatory. This issue has now been fixed.
eFax: Incoming Faxes Displaying the Homepage
An issue was identified where some incoming faxes were displaying the interactive homepage instead of the actual PDF document. The issue has now been resolved, and all incoming faxes should display correctly in PDF format as intended.
Growth Charts: Now Displaying Consistently for All Applicable Patients
We received reports that growth charts were not appearing for some patients, even when they met the necessary criteria. This issue has now been resolved, and growth charts should display correctly and consistently for all eligible patients.
