Arya's home page provides you an informative overview of your clinic's statistics, as well as quick access links to all of the main sections.
Below you will find detailed descriptions and instructions for each section.
Search Bar
By clicking on the search bar at the top of the Home page, you can search for patients within your clinic. You can search by first name, last name, health number, email address, phone numbers, and Arya ID. You can search by assigned tags as well through the dropdown found on the right-hand side of the search bar.
My Appointments This Week
Shows:
Clinical Users will see the number of appointments booked in their personal schedule.
Non-clinical Users will see the number of appointments booked for the whole clinic.
If selected:
Clinical Users are taken to their personal schedule for the selected day.
Non-clinical Users are taken to an All Users view for the selected day.
Patient Count
Shows:
the number of active patients within your clinic (the patients with the 'Active' status in Demographics).
the total number of patients in your clinic.
If selected: clicking either one of the numbers, you will be directed to the Patient List. From here, you can scroll through your patients, search for patients, and add new patients.
Results
Shows:
the total number of unsigned results assigned to you (for clinical users).
the total number of unsigned results assigned to all users (for non-clinical users).
If selected: you will be directed to the Global Results tab.
Clinical users will have their name filtered showing the results assigned to them.
Non-clinical users will have All Users filtered for review.
Referrals
Shows:
total number of referrals assigned to you in Pending triage status (for clinical users).
total number of referrals assigned to all users in Pending triage, Approved, Rejected and Waitlist statuses (for non-clinical users).
If selected: you will be directed to the Global Referrals tab.
Clinical users will have their name filtered showing the referrals that are assigned to them that are requiring review in Pending triage status.
Non-clinical users will have All Users filtered showing all referrals that require review in All Active statuses (Pending Triage, Approved, Rejected and Waitlist).

Submitted:
The number of questionnaires that have been filled out by the patients and submitted back to you (for clinical users)
The number of questionnaires that have been filled out by the patients and submitted back to all users (for non-clinical users).
Unsubmitted:
the number of questionnaires that have been shared with patients by you but have not been filled out yet (for clinical users).
the number of questionnaires that have been shared with patients by all users but have not been filled out yet (for non-clinical users).
If selected:
Submitted: takes you to the Global Portal tab with your user/all users filtered to review the questionnaires submitted by the patients.
Unsubmitted: takes you to the Global Portal tab with your user/all users filtered to review the questionnaires not yet submitted by the patients.
Tasks
Shows:
Total Tasks: the total number of tasks in your personal task bucket.
Urgent Tasks: the total number of urgent tasks in your personal task bucket.
Overdue Tasks: the total number of tasks that are overdue within your bucket.
Unread Messages: tasks assigned to you with new comments on them.
If selected:
Total tasks: you will be directed to your task bucket to review your tasks.
Urgent Tasks: the 'Urgent Tasks' bucket with tasks assigned to you that are are marked as urgent.
Overdue Tasks: the 'Overdue Tasks' bucket with tasks assigned to you that are overdue.
Unread Messages: the 'Messages' bucket with any tasks assigned to you that have comments on them.
eFax
Shows:
Total Inbox: the number of incoming faxes found within the Inbox.
Total Outbox: the number of documents that are queued up for faxing within the global eFax Outbox.
Failed Faxes: the number of faxes that were unsuccessfully faxed out from your clinic.
If selected:
Total Inbox: you will be directed to the global eFax Inbox to review Incoming faxes.
Total Outbox: you will be directed to the global eFax Outbox to review Outgoing faxes that are queued for faxing.
Failed Faxes: you will be directed to the global eFax Sent box with Failed filter so you can review the faxes that failed to review and re-send.
Billings
Shows:

the total number of pending claims assigned to you (for clinical users)
the total number of pending claims for all users (for non-clinical users)
Paid Invoices:
the total number of paid claims assigned to you (for clinical users)
the total number of paid claims for all users (for non-clinical users)
Rejected Claims:
the total number of rejected claims assigned to you (for clinical users)
