April 2025 Release Notes

Clinics will now be able to toggle on and off the 2FA option for their users. When 2FA is toggled on in clinic settings, users who are signing into their accounts are asked to go through two-factor authentication. Check the article below for more information.

A new section has been added into Profile Settings page and Clinic Settings page which allows clinicians to indicate which users can submit bills on their behalf. Check the article below for more details on this feature.

This update alows users to edit the form templates created by other users of the same clinic. When a user opens their Forms Engine, they can see all of the other users' form templates in their clinic. Anyone in the clinic can edit public form templates. If the creator marks the tempate as Private, then it cannot be edited by anyone else.

The Dictate Feature in Notes no longer features a right-side panel. Users can now place the cursor directly into the note and click Dictate to start the recording. The text gets inserted into the note, into the place where the cursor is located.

In patient-level billing, after clicking the Add Billing button, the cursor now gets automatically placed in the newly created bill's Fee Code field. This saves users time, as they no longer need to select the field manually.

Users can now mark their Tasks as favourites, and the system will save both the task and the user/bucket assigned to it. This way, if users have favourited tasks that they always assign to the same task bucket, they no longer need to select this bucket from the drop-down.

Some Excelleris-generated results would not have the correct formatting and would display the title of a paragraph repeatedly in the beginning of every line. This has been addressed to improve the format of the results.

In Public Billing, when users would indicate the Start and End times, then change the date assigned to the bill, the Start and End times would change to a different time zone. This has been fixed and the times remain the same.

In Public Billing, users encountered an issue with the Admission Date field in the Additional Billing Info panel. The field has been fixed and is working correctly now.
