Schedule Engine: Clinic-Wide Appointment Creation
Users can now create new clinic-wide appointment types, similar to clinician-specific ones. With this update:
Newly created clinic-wide appointment types will be available for all clinicians to use in their schedules.
When a clinic-wide appointment type is updated, the changes will automatically apply to all clinicians’ schedules.
Default clinic-wide appointment types cannot be edited, but custom clinic-wide appointment types created by users can be updated as needed.
Notes Engine – Latest Bloodwork Placeholder
A new placeholder has been added to the Notes Engine to automatically pull the most recent bloodwork results into a note.
The placeholder appears as Latest Bloodwork in the list of placeholders (under Latest Vitals).
When used in a note, it displays the patient’s most recent bloodwork at the time the note is created.
If multiple bloodwork entries exist for the same date, all results from that date will be included.
Notes – Cursor Movement During Dictation
Dictation has been improved to allow smoother editing while speaking. Users can now move the cursor during dictation, and the dictated text will continue at the new cursor position:

🛠️ What is Fixed
Schedule – Navigating to All Active Users View
Previously, when users selected the All Active Users Day view in the Schedule, the view would revert to the Single User view after navigating away and returning. This issue has been fixed: the Schedule now remembers and restores the selected view.
Schedule – Incorrect Icon for Arrived Appointments
The Week view would display a flashing exclamation/question mark icon for appointments that were Arrived and Unconfirmed. This has been fixed, and icons now display correctly:
When appointment is Confirmed, a white checkmark appears.
When status is Arrived, a yellow checkmark appears.
Notes – Dictate Function on First Line
The Dictate function previously did not work when the cursor was placed on the first line of a note, though it worked correctly on subsequent lines. This issue has been fixed: dictation now functions properly when started on the first line of a note.
Login – Last Selected Clinic
We have resolved the issue with users being redirected to the My Clinics page upon login. Arya now remembers the last selected clinic and automatically opens its home page.
