How to Edit your Profile Settings

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Navigating to Profile Settings

To update your profile settings, select the dropdown menu in the top right corner of Arya and select Edit My Profile.
โ€‹

Once in your Profile Settings, you can select from 4 different tabs:

Account Info

This is the first tab which is selected by default. Here, you can:

  • update your name and contact information

  • indicate your medical field and subfield

  • add practitioner and billing numbers

  • draw or upload a signature (supported formats: PNG, JPG, or JPEG)

NOTE: The Prefix field is required. If you donโ€™t select one, โ€œDr.โ€ will be assigned by default. This prefix appears before your name in note headers, patient emails, and other communications that mention you.

If you are an admin user, please select a different prefix.

Change Password

Here, you can set up a new password for your account. You will need to enter your current password, then indicate the new password twice. Please make sure the password meets the requirements listed on the page.

Payment Info

If your account is the primary clinic account billed for the subscription, you can enter your credit card details in this tab, then click Add Credit Card. This will save your details for Arya to bill each month.

Billing Info

Here you can select which province and billing provider you are using for your billings.

Once your billing integration has been established, you can fill out the Clinician Defaults section with the correct information that applies to you.

Billing Permissions

This section displays the billing permissions within your clinic.

For Clinical Users: you can see the list of all users in your clinic and choose which ones can submit bills on your behalf. The users with the permission toggle enabled are listed as your permitted users and can submit the billings for you.

For Non-clinical Users: you can see the list of clinical users who have selected you as their permitted user and for whom you can submit billings.
