Updated this week

Navigating to your Profile Settings

If you are needing to update your profile settings, you can select the dropdown menu in the top righthand corner of Arya and select Edit My Profile.

Once in your Profile Settings, you can update account information, change your password, update your payment information for Arya, and update your billing information.

You can select the corresponding tab depending on what you are hoping to update and select the necessary field.

Account Info

Once you have selected Edit My Profile, it will direct you to your Profile settings and have Account Info open. You can enter and update the following:

  • Prefix (*mandatory - please see Important Note below)

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Individual Phone Number

  • Address

  • Medical Field

  • Medical Sub-Field

  • Practitioner Number

  • Billing Number

  • Signature

❗TIP: If Prefix is left blank, you will not be able to save your changes. If None is selected, Arya's default prefix is Dr. so your prefix will be Dr.. Please choose the correct prefix for yourself.

❗IMPORTANT: The signature field accepts PNG, JPG, or JPEG files. Do not upload a PDF file or file format that is not one of the accepted 3.

Change Password

If you select the Change Password tab in Profile Settings, you can choose to change your Arya password here.

Payment Info

If you select the Payment Info tab in Profile Settings, you can choose to update your payment information for Arya if you have monthly Arya payments.

Billing Info

If you select the Billing Info tab in Profile Settings, you can choose to enter your billing information if you wish to integrate with Dr. Bill or MDBilling for your claims to be submitted to MSP or OHIP.
