Learn how to edit your clinic's information, online booking page, and more

Navigating to your Clinic Settings

If you are needing to update your clinic settings, you can select the dropdown menu in the top righthand corner of Arya and select Edit My Clinic.

Once you have selected 'Edit My Clinic', it will bring up all of the clinics you are in. You can select Edit in the top right, and select Edit on the clinic you wish to update. Once you have selected Edit on the clinic, it will bring up the clinic specific settings.

This is where you can update clinic information, online booking settings, Arya settings, and the permission level for your users. There is a tab for you to invite new users to your Arya clinic, along with your clinic's online booking link.

You can select the corresponding tab depending on what you are hoping to update and select the necessary field.

Clinic Information

The first section will be your Clinic Information. This is where you can update information specifically to your clinic. You can enter and update the following:

  • Clinic Name

  • Address

  • Timezone

  • Clinic's Schedule Start and End Times

  • Phone Number

  • Fax Number

Online Booking Settings

The second section will be your Online Booking Settings. This is where you can update information for your clinic's online booking page. You can update the following:

  • The Primary Colour hexcode for your clinic

  • Your clinic website

  • Your clinic's logo to display within the Online Booking/Registration page

Arya Settings

This section will display your clinic's eFax number. This will show a fax number if your clinic has ported a fax line with Arya. Reach out to Arya's onboarding and operations team if you have not done this.

Billing Information for Clinic

If your clinic has one payee number, you can input the number within this section.

User Table

The user table is where you can find the list of user's that have been invited to your clinic. You can update and view the following:

  • See a list of users for your clinic

  • View and update a user's permission level for your clinic

  • See which user's have accepted the invitation to your clinic

  • If a user has not accepted the invite, a Resend Invite button will appear beside the checkbox

  • View and update which user's are clinical users and which user's are non-clinical users

  • Delete users
