How to Edit your Clinic Settings

Navigating to your Clinic Settings

If you need to update your clinic settings, you can select the dropdown menu in the top righthand corner of Arya and select Edit My Clinics.

You will be taken to your Clinic Settings page. This is where you can update your clinic information, schedule times, the permission level for your users, as well as add new users to your clinic.

In the left-side panel, you can find the list of clinics you are a part of and switch between them to see the settings for each clinic.


User Table

The user table is where you can find the list of users in your clinic. Here you can:

  • manage the users' Roles (permission levels)

  • see if the newly invited user has accepted their invitation or resend it to them

  • see which users are clinical users

  • enable/disable the 2FA option for users

Use the Add User button in the upper right corner to invite a new user to your clinic.

NOTE: All users you invite to the clinic are added as non-clinical users by default. To make them a clinical user, please reach out to us through the help chat option in the lower right corner.

Use the Edit button to remove users from the clinic. Once the Edit button is selected, the red icons will appear next to each user. Clicking the red icon next to the user in question will delete them from your clinic.

Clinic Information

Here you can update information for your clinic:

  • clinic name

  • address

  • phone number

  • fax number

These are the details that will be included into the footers of the emails sent to your patients (appointment reminders, shared document or message notifications), as well as into the forms that are programmed to prefill your clinic information.


Schedule Settings

This section allows you to select the time zone for your clinic, as well as the Start and End times that will be reflected in your clinic's Schedule.


Online Booking Settings

This is where you can update information for your clinic's online booking page:

  • the primary colour hexcode for your clinic

  • your clinic's website

  • your clinic's logo to display within the Online Booking page

Click the Online Booking button in the upper right corner to open your clinic's booking page and copy its URL address to share with your patients.


Billing Information

If your clinic has one payee number, you can input the number within this section.


Billing Permissions

NOTE: This section is only visible for users with Clinic Owner or Clinic Administrator user roles.

This section provides a list of clinical users and their corresponding billing permissions. Permitted Users are able to submit billings on behalf of the clinical user assigned to them.

Users with access to this section can click the Select Users drop-down to assign or unassign multiple users for each clinical user.

Clinical Users can also indicate their Permitted Users in Edit My Profile > Billing Info.
