How users can create their own custom task buckets to categorize their tasks into separate buckets

Create Custom Task Buckets using Global Tasks

In order to create a new custom task bucket navigate to the Assigned To side panel located on the left of global tasks tab and select New.

Next simply name the new custom task bucket and click Save.

After you have created the new custom task bucket it will appear in the Assigned To panel. Once you have selected it, you can now add patient tasks with the bar directly to the right of the Assigned To section.

📖Note: If you don't immediately see the new task bucket in the Assigned To section try refreshing your web page.

Assign pre-existing tasks to the new custom task bucket

Within Global Tasks select the User/task bucket that the pre-existing task is assigned to. Once in that task bucket, you can find the task that you wish to re-assign. Under the Assigned To column, find the task and select the Assigned To field.

Select the newly created custom task bucket within the dropdown menu.

This can also be done through the Patient Tasks

Once you have selected the new task bucket, the task will be re-assigned to the new custom task bucket. You can then navigate to the task bucket within the left-panel and see the re-assigned task.
