How to use Labels in Referrals

This article will explain how to use the new functionality Labels within your Incoming Referrals

Updated over a week ago

Labels are a new functionality that has been added to Referrals. Labels allow you to tag the referrals you receive with specific terms to help categorize your referrals.

You can create new labels, select from existing labels within the dropdown field, and favourite any existing label that you frequently use for your referrals.

Creating a New Label

To create a new label, you can select the Label field and type in the term or phrase you wish the label to be. Once you have inputted what you want the label to be, you can select Enter. By selecting Enter, you are creating the new label if it does not already exist.

Adding Existing Labels

If you would like to tag a referral with an existing label you can do so by selecting the Label field. A dropdown will appear that will display the existing labels for your clinic. You can either select the label by scrolling through the dropdown list, or typing in the field to narrow down your search within the existing labels.

Once you have found the label you wish to tag the referral with, you can select the checkbox within the list to tag the referral. It will then appear within the Label field. You can search, select, and add multiple labels to referrals.

Favourite a Label

To favourite an existing label, you can do so by searching or finding the label within the dropdown list of existing labels. Once you have found the label you wish to favourite, you can select the star icon on the right-hand side of the label. Once the star is filled in green, it is listed as a favourite and will now appear at the top of your list of labels.

πŸ“– NOTE: Labels can only be created within the List View and not the Table View.
