๐Ÿ“ฃ What's New and Improved?

Patient Appointment History Format

Before, if an appointment reason was past a certain length, it was difficult to read the full reason for the appointment.

Now, if a patient's appointment description is past a certain length, you can now hover over the field for 'Reason for Visit' and a box will appear with the full detailed description for their appointment.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ What is Fixed and/or Updated?

Ontario New and Submitted Billings

  • For Ontario users, New and Submitted Billings will appear in the correct tab within Arya.

Time Units being Calculated for Bills

  • The time units are now being calculated and reflected within the total bill amount within Arya.

Ontario Health Number Version Code

  • Arya now accepts 1 and 2 letter version codes to allow for both old and new health cards within Ontario.

Notes Visit Date

  • The visit date for notes will no longer revert to the date the note was originally created. The visit date will reflect the date that has been chosen.

Notes Printout Format

  • The printout for Notes will reflect how the note is seen within the Arya platform. The font, font weight, and font color within the PDF generated note will reflect how the note is displayed in Arya.

Online Booking Engine

  • Time slots that are in the past will no longer appear on the 'Book Appointment' page for patients. Only upcoming time slots will be available for patients to choose.

Schedule Reflecting Clinic Start and End Times

  • Within the All Users Day View, the schedule will no longer display all 24 hours. The schedule will display from the clinic's start time to the clinic's end time.

Email/SMS Appointment Reminders Not being sent

  • The issue with some clinics not having patients receive appointment reminders has been resolved. Patients will receive all set reminders (Immediately, 24 hour, 48 hour, 72 hour, 1 week) for both clinic wide and clinician specific appointments.

Email/SMS Appointment Reminders for Updated Appointments

  • Patients will receive Email and SMS reminders for appointments that have been modified. Patient's will now receive the updated appointment date and time reminders.
