Arya's Address Book
There has been improvements to Arya's Address Book.
The Phone Number will now appear within the table in the Address Book
When Pharmacy contacts are created in the Address Book, they will now appear within the Patient Prescriptions tab
Adding and Editing contacts will now appear in a popup window
You can now Delete contacts made within your clinic
Referring Physician and Family Physician Connected to Patient Contacts
Now, when you add a physician to the Referring Physician or Family Physician field within Demographics, it will automatically appear within Patient Contacts. If the Referring Physician is removed or edited it will reflect within the Contacts tab. If the Family Physician is edited, this will also reflect within the Contacts tab.
🛠️ What is Fixed or Updated?
Results Count on the Home Page
The Results count on the Home Page will now display accurate numbers. Clinical Users will see an accurate count of results assigned to them. Non-Clinical Users will see an accurate count of results for the clinic.
Home Page Refresh when Switching Between Clinics
When switching between clinics, there will no longer be a lag and you will no longer have to hit refresh to switch clinics. When a user switches between clinics, it will automatically refresh and display the correct clinic.
All Users Day View Schedule - Ability to select all time slots to book
When users are in the Schedule and have the schedule filter to the All Users Day View display, all time slots within the schedule will be able to be booked.
Ontario Billing - Admission Date Transferring to MDBilling
The Admission Date has been fixed and will now transfer and display in claims for Ontario users.
Signed By Time Stamp not Displaying
The Signed By time stamp for results has been fixed and will continue to display the user, date, and time of signing.
Custom Letterheads for Note Templates
When choosing the custom letterhead option when creating note templates, the letterhead image will no longer be warped and will display correctly.
Ability to Filter by Label in Incoming Referrals Table View
When in Incoming Referrals Table View, you can now filter and sort by Labels. It will sort in alphabetical order.
Completed Urgent Referrals Displaying in Urgent Bucket
When a referral that is indicated as urgent is listed as Completed, it will no longer continue to stay within the Urgent bucket for referrals. Only Active referrals will appear within the Urgent referral bucket.
Selecting and Unselecting Labels for Referrals
When adding and removing labels to your referrals, the functionality has been fixed to ensure that when a label has been removed by selecting x it will also be de-selected from the dropdown and vice versa.
Unable to Open the Medical History Popup within Referrals
It has been fixed so users can now open the Medical History popup when editing Profile details from Referrals.
⚠️New Issues to watch out for:
Sometimes there are unexpected new issues that pop-up after a release. We do our best to find and fix any and all issues before your clinic starts in the morning However, there are times that we may miss some or are unable to resolve found issues in time. To improve transparency of potential issues you may see after a release, a list of known new issues will be updated here once testing of Arya EHR post release is complete.
