Signature Field now available for Referrals
A signature field is now available for users to generate a signature on a referral within Arya.
When creating the referral, you can insert a signature from your profile, or manually draw the signature to include on the referral.
The signature will display on the left hand side of the referral below the provider's information.
🛠️ What is Fixed or Updated?
Assign Result Categories from the eFax
For any results that are receiving via eFax, you will now have the ability to choose the result category directly from the eFax inbox. Once Result is selected as the Type, a second dropdown will appear for you to select the category you wish to put the result under.
Default page when opening Arya is the Home Page
When logging into Arya, the Home Page will now be the default page when you log into Arya.
Images in Note Templates appear after publishing in the Notes Engine
When a user is in the Notes Engine and creates a note template that includes an image, the image will always display. Whether the user is using the note template in a patient's chart or if they are viewing/editing the template in the Notes Engine, the images within templates will always display.
User will be notified if a Result is being edited
When a user open a result that is open and being edited elsewhere, the user will be notified with an error message. This message is to inform the user that the result is currently being worked on and that changes may not be saved.
Changing your Default Clinic and Re-arranging the Clinic List
Users that have two or more clinics, can now re-arrange their clinic list to their liking and change the default clinic that automatically opens when signing into Arya.
To re-arrange your clinic list, you can drag and drop the clinics to be organized to your liking.
To change the default clinic, you can drag and drop the clinic you wish to be the default to the top of the list. When you sign in to Arya, this clinic will be the default to open.
For Ontario users, Total Paid will now calculate the total amount
For Ontario users, the Total Paid amount within Paid Billings will now generate and calculate the total paid amount.
Invalid Token Error on long AI Scribe Notes
If you are generating a long AI Scribed note template, the Invalid JWT Token error will no longer be triggered. Arya's Scribe feature allows for longer notes generated by Scribe.
