An Overview of the Global Tabs within Arya

This article will provide you with a brief overview of each global tab within Arya and what can be found within them.

Overview of the Schedule Tab

The global Schedule tab is where all schedules within your clinic can be found.

In the top left-hand corner, you can find a dropdown menu that has a list of all users within Arya to filter through each schedule.

If you have a clinic with numerous users and numerous schedules, next to the dropdown menu you can find arrows that will allow you to flip through the different schedules with your clinic.

Next to the dropdown menu and arrows, you can find options to filter your schedule by Day, Week, Month view, depending on how you wish to view your schedule.

Next to the view options, you can find a date bar. You can select the arrows to switch to the day prior or the following day. You can also select the date itself, this will provide a dropdown calendar so you can select a specific day you wish to view.

Next to the date, you can find the options Add Appointment, Add Placeholder, Add Patient, and Print Daysheet. By selecting, Add Appointment, this will open a pop-up that will allow you to add an appointment to your schedule. By selecting, Add Placeholder, this will open a pop-up that will allow you to create any placeholders needed for your schedule. By selecting, Add Patient, this will open a pop-up that will allow you to create a new patient directly from your schedule. Finally, by selecting Print Daysheet, this will open a pop-up that will print your daysheet.

Finally, you can select any open time in your schedule as well which will provide you the option to add an appointment or add a placeholder into your schedule. This applies to the Day, Week, and Month view.

Overview of the Patients Tab

The global Patients tab will provide you with a list of all patients within your clinic. There is a search bar at the top, and below the list of all patients. You also have the option to add a new patient and edit a patient from this page.

Within the blue bar, you can search for specific patients. You can search them by their first name, last name, health number, or their Arya ID number. You can also select Search By Tag which will allow you to search by tags that you have added on a patient's chart.

At the top of the list of patients, you have the options Add Patient and Edit. By selecting Add Patient, you can create a new patient directly from the global Patients tab. By selecting Edit, you can delete a patient if needed.

Overview of the Results Tab

The global Results tab is where you can find any results that have been assigned to you for review, or need to be assigned to a patient. You can also upload any results that need to be attached to a patient's file.

Once you are in the Results tab, a dropdown menu will be on the left-hand side that will allow you to select a user. This will filter the results that are assigned to that particular user. If you select All Users, it will show all results within the clinic for all users.

If you need to search for a specific result, there is a search engine on the left-hand side that will allow you to search for specific patients.

If you would like to upload a result into Arya, you can do so by clicking on the Arrow on the left-hand side. This will bring up your file manager, where you can select the desired result and upload it into Arya. You can then assign it to the correct patient.

At the top of the results, you will have a list of options. You have the options View Chart, Profile, Add Task, Share, Delete, eFax, Print, and Sign. The 'i' will bring up a side panel on the right-hand side that will show you the title of the result, the date, the assigned patient, who the result is assigned to, and a comments section. View Chart will direct you to the patient's chart. Profile will bring up a side panel on the right-hand side of the page, from here you can review the patient profile, edit existing information, and add any new information from the result. Add Task will bring up a section at the top where you can add a task about the result, list a due date for the task, and assign it to a specific person in your clinic. Share will allow you to share the result with the patient through the Patient Portal. Delete will delete the result from Arya. eFax will allow you to eFax the chosen result, this will be listed within the eFax tab for you to complete. Print will allow you to print the result chosen. Finally, Sign, will allow you to sign off on the result which will then be filed within the patient's chart.

Overview of the Referrals Tab

The global Referrals tab is where you can find all Incoming, Outgoing, and Sent referrals within the clinic.

Within the Incoming Referrals, you can see the referrals that your clinic is receiving. You can assign the referral to a user, view the patients chart, open a side panel with the patient's profile, or add a task relating to the referral. All of these options can be found at the top of the incoming referral.

Within the Outgoing Referrals, you can see a list of all referrals that have been created that have yet to be faxed. Within this section, you can update the fax with the Address Book and eFax accordingly.

πŸ“– Note: The faxes in this list have not been faxed, if you wish to fax these you can select the eFax button at the top right of the page.

Within the Sent Referrals, you will see a list of all referrals that were successfully faxed and sent to the recipient.

Overview of the Tasks Tab

The global Tasks tab is where you can find your tasks and also other users tasks. You can view your existing tasks, along with create any new tasks that are needed for patients.

On the left-hand side is where you will find a list of users. You can select on your name to view your tasks, or select a different user if you are needing to find a task that is assigned to someone else. You can also select New or Edit to either create a new task category or edit an existing category.

In the center of the page is where the list of tasks are going to be for each user. It will show the patient name, the task details, the due date, who it is assigned to, the urgency of the task, and a comment section for any additional comments that are required for the task. At the top is where you can create new tasks, you can fill in the patient name, the task details, due date, and urgency. Once filled, you can select Add to create the task.

Overview of the Billing Tab

The global Billing tab is where you can find all bills and invoices for your clinic. You will have the option to select a user to filter the bills created by a specific user or to filter by All Users to see all bills and invoices.

You can select Public, which will give you the option to view New Billings, Submitted Billings, Rejected Billings, and Paid Billings. You can also select Private, which will give you the option to View All private invoices, View Unpaid invoices, and View Paid invoices.

Within the New Billings tab, you can view all newly created bills that have yet to be submitted. Within the Submitted Billings tab, you can view all submitted bills for your clinic or for the user that you filtered by. Within the Rejected Billings tab, you can view all of the rejected bills for your clinic or for the user that you filtered by. Within the Paid Billings tab, you can view all bills that have been successfully submitted and paid.

Within the Private invoices, you can view any private bill that is created for a patient within your clinic. Private invoices are meant for bills that are not covered by the patient's provincial health insurance.

Overview of the eFax Tab

The global eFax tab is where you can find all electronic and incoming faxes for your clinic. You can view your inbox, outbox, and sent eFaxes from the eFax tab.

Within the Inbox, a list of all received eFaxes will appear on the left-hand side. There is a search engine if you wish to search for specific patients within the inbox. There is an upload button by the search bar if you wish to upload a document directly from your computer.

From the inbox, you can select Assign to tag the fax to a patient, assign it to a colleague, and provide the fax a title. You also can select Add Task if you wish to create a task associated with the patient related to the fax.

Within the Outbox, a list of outgoing eFaxes will appear on the left-hand side. These eFaxes are faxes that are ready to be faxed out to a recipient but have not yet been sent. There is a search engine if you wish to search for specific patients within the outgoing faxes.

You will have the option to input the Recipient Name or Fax Number at the top of the eFax you are composing. Below the recipient will be a list of documents that have been added from the patient's chart that you wish to fax.

At the top you will have the option to View Chart if you wish to view the patient's chart, Address Book if you would like to open a screen to search and select the facility or provider you wish to fax to, Print if you wish to print the fax, Clear if you wish to clear out the fax that has been created instead of faxing, Send for when you are ready to eFax the documents, and Send & Clear which will fax out the documents and clear it from the list of outgoing faxes.

Within the Sent, a list of sent faxes will appear on the left-hand side. You have two different sections that allow you to filter the sent eFaxes. The top dropdown will allow you to filter by users, and the second dropdown will allow you to filter by status (failed, delivered, queued). There is a search engine if you wish to search for specific patients within the Sent faxes.

The Sent eFax page will show you who the recipient was for the fax, the patient documents that were included in the fax, and a PDF view of the fax. At the top of the page, you will also have the option to View Chart to view the patient's chart, Print if you wish to print the sent fax, Delete if you wish to delete the fax, and Retry if you would like to retry faxing a failed fax.
