Within Arya, you can locate all of your bills in the global Billing tab. Once you are there, you have the option to view New Billings, Submitted Billings, Rejected Billings, and Paid Billings.
Reviewing New Billings in Arya
Once you are in the global Billing tab, you can select New Billings which will show all new billings under your account. You can select the drop down beside if you want to select a different account or select 'All Users' to view all billings.
In this section of Billing, you can create new bills by typing in the patient name, the date, fee code, ICD code, and if they were referred by someone. Once you have filled this out accordingly, you can select Create Billing. This will generate a new bill and will be seen in the section below.
Reviewing Submitted Billings in Arya
Once you are in the global Billing tab, you can select Submitted Billings which will show all submitted bills under your account. You can select the drop down beside if you want to select a different account or select 'All Users' to view all submitted bills.
This list will show the submitted bills with detail on the patient name, date of bill, the fee code and ICD code, if a referring physician was listed, and the amount of the bill.
Reviewing Rejected Billings in Arya
Once you are in the global Billing tab, you can select Rejected Billings which will show all rejected bills under your account. You can select the drop down if you want to select a different account or select 'All Users' to view all rejected bills.
This list will show the rejected bills with detail on the patient name, date of bill, the fee code and ICD code, the status and reason for rejection, the amount submitted, and the amount to be paid.
In this section, you will have the option to Write-Off the rejected bill, or you can Re-Submit the bill.
Reviewing Paid Billings in Arya
Once you are in the global Billing tab, you can select Paid Billings which will show all paid bills under your account. You can select the drop down if you want to select a different account or select 'All Users' to view all paid bills.
This will provide a list of bills with detail on the patient name, date of bill, fee code and ICD code, the status of the bill, the amount submitted, and the amount paid.
Exporting to CSV
In the global Billing tab, you have the option to export each billing option (New Billings, Submitted Billings, Rejected Billings, and Paid Billings)
Depending on which bills you would like to export, you can select one of the four billing options.
You have the option to filter by time, and can search for specific bills if need be. Once you have filtered your list and are ready to export, you can select Export CSV to export the list of bills.
Additional info
In each section, New Billings, Submitted Billings, Rejected Billings, and Paid Billings, there will be a section called Info. You can click in the i to bring up additional billing info.

This section will allow you to include call time, start time, and end time for your bill. You can also specify After Hours and Call Out for the bill. If you need to change the province or insurer type, you can make these changes in this section as well. Depending on the bill, if additional notes are necessary you can add those in here as well.
