This help article will explain how to view a Patients vitals history and also how to update their vitals information.

First please navigate to the Results tab in the patient chart.

From here please click on Charts. You will be able to see a comprehensive history of the Patients vitals.

📖 Note: You will not be able to edit any of the vitals in the history other than the vitals that you are entering on your current day.

Please once again navigate to Charts within the Results tab in the patient chart. From there please click on "Add Vitals".

By clicking on "Add Vitals" a new column is generate under the current date and you are able to enter information into each vital type row.

Here is an example of what it could look like after the Physician enters the necessary vitals information:

Please once again navigate to Charts within the Results tab in the patient chart. From there please click on "New Vital Type".

After you click on "New Vital Type" you will be given the option to enter the name of the vital and also the unit that it is measured in.

After you enter this information, your new vital will appear at the bottom of the column.
