View Vitals History
The Vitals can be found under the patient's Profile tab. Please open the chart and select Vitals from the menu on the left:
Log a Patient's Vitals
You can use the Add Vitals button to create a new column in the table and enter the values into the corresponding cells.
Today's date will be assigned to the header by default, but you can click it and select a different date from the calendar. You also have an option to delete this column if it is no longer needed.
Add a New Vital Type
Click Add Vital Type to create a new line in your vitals table.
You will see a window where you can enter the name and units for your vital type:
After you enter this information, click Add and your new vital type will appear at the bottom of the table.
Edit Vital Types
Arya comes with a set of default vital types that cannot be changed. However, the vital types you have created yourself in your clinic can be renamed and deleted.
If you hover over such a vital type in any patient chart, you will see several icons appear:
Click the pencil icon to rename this type.
Click the red icon to delete this vital type. You will see the following warning:
You can also use the 3 green lines on the left of each vital type to drag and drop them if you want to rearrange the order they appear in.
BMI Vital Type
Arya's default Body Mass Index - autocalculated vital type calculates the patient's BMI automatically when you fill in the Height and Weight for the patient.
