What order to use the growth charts vs WBR

This section will explain and guide on how Well Baby Record corresponds with the Growth Chart. This Growth Chart is based on the WHO standards that show how healthy a child should grow.

How to Use the Growth Charts

Follow these steps to generate the Growth Chart:

  1. Login to Arya EHR

  2. Go to the Patient Chart

    πŸ“– Note: the patient must be 0-5 years old. Here, the Test patient is - William WellBaby (1 month old).

  3. Go to Patient Results

  4. Click on Charts.

  5. Click on Well Baby Record to expand-->Click on Guide IC-1 month for this Patient

  6. Fill in all the fields including the Vitals such as Length, Weight and Head Circumference in the Guide (appropriate for that age).

  7. Now, Navigate to the Growth Charts to expand.

  8. You can see the Three Chart types here:

    1. Click on Length-for-Age and Weight-for-Age (0-2 years): The Growth Chart is generated, pulling the information automatically from the inputs of the length, weight and age of the Child entered in the WBR guide.

      πŸ“– Note: The Vitals/measurements are Auto-pulled from the WBR record of the Patient's Chart.

    2. Click on Head Circumference-for-Age and Weight-for-Length (0-2 years)- Similar to the above one.

      πŸ“– Note: Measurements populates from the WBR.

    3. Height-for-Age and Weight-for-Age (2-19 years)-Similar to above one.


How to use Growth Chart when not Using the Well Baby Record Guide:

  1. Select a New Patient (0-5 years old)

  2. Go to the Growth Chart section --> Click to expand the Growth Chart.

  3. Click on Length-for-Age and Weight-for-Age (0-2 years):

    1. Measurement field populates on the top right side of the page.

    2. Enter the vitals or the measurements for Length and Weight.

    3. Click on Add button to save.

    4. The Growth Chart is generated with the Vitals entered.

  4. Similarly, you can add Head Circumference-for-Age and Weight-for-Length (0-2 years) and for Height-for-Age and Weight-for-Age (2-19 years).
