Using the Schedule

Getting the most out of Arya EHR's updated Schedule module

Updated over a week ago

Before using the Schedule, Arya users will need to change a few profile and clinic settings within Arya. This article will go over the steps you need to take in order to use the schedule.

โญTIP: In order to use the Schedule, you first need to do the following:

  1. Specify your Timezone

  2. Specify who at your clinic should be on the schedule

Check out the video below on how to use Arya's Schedule:

Specifying Timezone

To get started, navigate to your clinic's Settings page by going to the clinic dropdown menu (top right), selecting Edit My Clinics, clicking Edit, and then Edit again beside your clinic name.

In your Clinic Information panel, you'll see a dropdown for Timezone.

๐Ÿ“–NOTE: Make sure the appropriate Timezone is selected.

Adding Users to Schedule

Once you've selected your Timezone, scroll down to the User table. Under the Clinical User column, check the users that should be on the Schedule.

๐Ÿ“–NOTE: They will only appear on the Schedule once you have done this!

Navigating the Schedule

When you have navigated to the Schedule in Arya, your clinic's schedule will appear on the page.

You can filter by users to view different clinician's schedule. You can view your schedule by Day, Week, or Month. By selecting one, it will change the schedule accordingly. You can select the date at the top to pick a specific date you wish to view as well.

At the top, you can select Add Appointment if you wish to create a new appointment on the schedule. You can select Add Placeholder if you wish to add available or unavailable placeholders on your schedule. You can select Add Patient if you would like to create a new patient directly from your schedule. You also will have the option to select Print Daysheet, if you wish to print off your daysheet.
