There are two ways to receive faxes in Arya.

Fax Forwarding

Arya is pleased to offer complimentary fax forwarding from your fax machine to our system. This eliminates the time-consuming process of scanning documents and manually uploading them to the platform. 

When you sign up with Arya, you have the opportunity to receive your own digital fax (eFax) number free of charge. Once we have secured an eFax number for you, you will need to call your landline service provider (such as Telus, Bell) and give them your Arya eFax number to forward documents received via fax machine to. The entire process typically takes about 7-10 days, and sometimes less.

Once your eFax number is up and running, you will also be able to fax documents directly from Arya- no fax machine needed at all! To learn more about using eFax in Arya, check out our article Using eFax

Digital Fax Number

If you don't have or don't want to use a fax machine, we can set you up with a eFax number, which will allow you to send and receive faxes directly within Arya to any (digital or landline) number. Please note that your eFax number will be associated with your Arya account, and should you choose to switch providers you would need to get a new landline or digital fax number.
