The new Annotate button is now available on the Global Results and eFax Inbox pages. It allows you to mark up PDFs directly within Arya.
Click this button to add the annotation box and type comments directly onto the documents. You can move the box around the page using the icon on the right.
Drag the sides of the box to change its height and width.
Select the existing annotation and click the trash icon to delete it.
Click the Signature icon to add your signature to the document.
Global Results
Add annotations and:
Sign the result to file it in the chart with the annotation included.
Print to download a PDF version containing the annotation.
eFax to send the annotated PDF through the eFax outbox.
eFax Inbox
Print to download a PDF version containing the annotation.
Save the document as a Result. It will appear in Global Results and the patient chart with the annotation included.
Important Note
If you annotate a document in the eFax Inbox but save it as a Note, Form, or Referral instead of a Result, the annotation will not carry over to those document types.
