Specifying Timezone
If you need to adjust the time zone for your clinic, navigate to your clinic's Settings page by going to the clinic dropdown menu (top right) and selecting Edit My Clinics.
In the Schedule Settings panel, you will see a dropdown for Timezone, as well as the Start and End time fields. You can specify the timezone you prefer and set your clinic hours that will be reflected in your schedule.
Navigating the Schedule
When you have navigated to the Schedule in Arya, your clinic's schedule will appear on the page. At the top of the page, along with the three schedule views — Day, Week and Month — you can also find the Today button to quickly navigate to the current date.
The buttons on the right allow you to:
Add Appointment - create a new appointment on the schedule.
Add Placeholder - add available or unavailable placeholders.
Add Patient - create a new patient directly from your schedule
Print Daysheet - print off your daysheet (only in single-user Day view).
The left-side panel contains the calendar that allows you to select the day, week or month you wish to view. It also allows you to filter by users. You can select a specific user to view their schedule or select All Users for the overview of the whole clinic schedule.
An additional option available in the Day View - All Active Users - will display only the users who have appointments booked on a selected date and hide users with empty schedules.

Drag and Drop Appointments
The schedule allows you to drag and drop appointments to change their assigned date and time, as well as change the duration of the appointments.
Cut, Copy and Paste Appointments
Right-clicking on an appointment will display the Cut and Copy options. You can select one and then proceed to paste the appointment into the necessary slot.
Confirmation & Status in Week View and All User Day View
You can see whether the patient has confirmed their appointment, as well as the appointment status in Single User Day view, All User Day view and in Week view.

Remove Cancelled Appointment from Schedule
Schedule allows you to remove appointments in Cancelled status while keeping them in the patient's chart appointment log. This way, you can free up the time slots and book other patients in, while keeping the record of the cancelled appointments for the patient. For that, click the Delete button in the Edit Appointment panel, then select Archive to keep the record in the patient chart or Delete to remove the appointment completely.
Creating Appointments
You can create appointments in the following ways:
Using the Add Appointment button in all schedule views
Clicking the + icon on the preferred time slot in single user Day view
Clicking the line corresponding to the time slot in multiple user Day or Week view
Clicking the date in Month view and selecting the time slot from the right-side panel
Creating Placeholders
You can create Available and Unavailable placeholders for your Schedule using the Add Placeholder button at the top of the page. Use the Repeat drop-down in the placeholder creation panel to add recurring placeholders for specific days of the week.
