AI Assist - eFax

Use AiAssist in your eFax inbox for quick and easy patient creation.

Arya's new feature AI Assist helps you simplify and streamline your eFax filing process. The built-in AI assistant scans the incoming fax document, identifies the patient information and helps you assign an existing chart or create the new patient chart by automatically filling in all the information fields.

Please check the steps below on how to use AiAssist:

  1. When working with an incoming eFax in your Inbox, click the AiAssist button at the top.

  2. If there is a chart in your clinic that matches all of the following details with the ones on the fax document, this chart gets automatically assigned to the fax:

    • patient name

    • health number

    • date of bith

  3. If the patient does not yet have a chart, the Create Patient fields will appear within the panel on the right, and Arya will load while it scans the faxed document.

  4. Once the patient information has been found within the document, it will generate into the corresponding patient fields:
    ​

    • first name

    • last name

    • Insurer

    • health number

    • DOB

    • gender

    • phone number

    • email address

    • home address

  5. You can then review the generated patient information and select either Save or Cancel at the bottom of the right-side panel.
