AI Assist can now search for and match faxes to existing patients. If patient name, health number, and date of birth match a chart, the fax is automatically assigned. All three of these details have to match. Otherwise, AI Assist will help create a new patient chart.

When assigning a fax to an existing patient, the “Assign To” field now automatically populates with the patient’s designated provider (the user assigned in Demographics). You can still manually adjust the assignment if needed.

Users can now add, edit, delete, and reorder custom vital types, modify entry dates, improving flexibility and usability of this feature. Learn more in this article.

The right-side profile panel is now static and streamlined, combining Profile and Info into a single toggleable panel (Profile selected by default). This has been standardized across Results, Referrals, Forms, and Portal views for improved consistency.

When viewing the Active Patients list, searches now return only active patients matching the query. This improves workflow efficiency, especially for clinics with large inactive patient lists.

Appointment types (including Telehealth and In-Person) will now only appear on the online booking page when a placeholder exists with available appointment slots. This prevents patients from seeing unavailable booking options.

Section 17 can now be pinned and will automatically load in focus when pinned. Navigation between sections now jumps directly instead of scrolling, providing a faster and smoother experience.

Fixed inconsistent auto-save behavior that caused edited content to be lost.

Resolved an issue where uploaded notes were missing from eFax chart exports and deleted notes were incorrectly included. Exports now accurately reflect the current patient chart contents.

Fixed an issue where incoming referrals were missing an assigned status. Referrals now retain the correct status and remain visible to physicians as expected.

Corrected an issue where certain Excelleris lab results (such as WBC values) were not appearing in the table view due to naming inconsistencies.

Resolved an issue where billing amounts displayed incorrectly after editing units or other billing fields. Displayed amounts now remain accurate and consistent with submitted values.

Fixed an issue where Section 4 comment fields were cut off when printing antenatal records to PDF.
