How to assign documents from the eFax inbox

How to assign documents received within the global eFax inbox. To a patient, as well as document type (result, note, form, referral)

Step 1: Access the Global eFax Inbox

On the global tab navigate and click on the eFax button.

Step 2: Select the Document to Assign

Ensure you are in the Inbox tab in the upper left corner of the eFax home page. Then select on the document you wish to assign.

After selecting the document click assign, located on the top left of the document preview screen.

Step 3: Assign the Document to a Patient

To assign the document to a patient select the search bar at the top of the Assign To section located on the right side of the screen.

There is also the option to create a new patient profile and have this document assigned to that new patient. For this option simply select new.

Step 4: Select what type of document you are assigning

Under the Assign to panel click the select type field to expose the options of document types available.

Simply select the document type and remember, once you save and clear, the document will then appear in the corresponding area within Arya under the assigned patient.

Step 5: Assign the Document to a User

Select the Assigned To field and search or scroll for the Arya user you wish to assign this document to.

Step 6: Title the Document

Once you have selected the type of document and assigned it to a user, you can select the Title field to insert a title for the document.

Step 7: Save and Clear

Navigate to the bottom of the Assigned To panel and click on Save and Clear.

This will file the document into the appropriate area of Arya (type of document) under the assigned patient and Arya user.
