Within Patient Demographics, there is now a field to enter in the patient's pronouns.

Within Patient Billing, you can now enter and log patient WCB Claim numbers, as well as having an easy way to navigate to the F8/F11 Physician's Report within Dr. Bill.

By selecting Add Claim, a section below will appear that will allow you to enter the Claim Number, Claim Date, and Service Location for the claim. By selecting Create Claim, you will be navigated to Dr. Bill and the New Physician's Report will be open and ready for completion.

You now have the ability to split documents that are receiving within the eFax inbox. By selecting Split, a popup will appear that will allow you to select the pages that you wish to split from the original document. The original document will appear and the newly split document will appear above in the list of faxes.

If you already have a patient assigned to the fax and then split, the same patient will be assigned to the newly split document.

When creating custom fee codes for Private Billing, you can now add custom fee codes without selecting the tax options. This will allow you to create a fee code that does not have tax.

For Quebec clinics, you now have the option to see French prefixes. Depending on your browser preference, the prefix options within your Profile Settings will appear in the language that your browser is set at.

You can switch your browser preference and select from the French options.

If you are switching between Quebec clinic to a non-Quebec clinic, your header will display either in English or in French depending on the province of the clinic.

The Patient Portal Create Account button now has proper button formatting so it is easy to see.

When a patient is creating their account for the patient portal, registering as a new patient online, or making an appointment online they no longer have to input their version code with their health number.

Since the Version Code changes every two years, this will allow patients to input the health number that stays the same and will cause less confusion for patients.

When you are creating a note template within the Notes Engine, once you are at a point of scrolling and add a placeholder, the note template will no longer jump to the top each time you add a placeholder.

You can now add more than 5 tags to a patient.

When adding a contact to the Patient Contacts tab, it will now pull in the phone number attached to the contact if it exists.
