We are excited to announce the release of Arya's Analytics dashboard V1.0. This feature allows users to filter and export patient lists based on the user, status, tags and date seen/created. Check this article to learn more about this option and how to use it.

The Global Billing page has been re-designed to allow for better functionality, and improved workflows. On the left side of the page, you can now find the panel with user and status filters, the main panel with a table of claims is in the centre, and the Additional Info panel opens on the right.

On the Patient-Level Billing page, we have added the ability to select a user when adding bills and the ability to see the assigned user within Past Billings.

Private Billing invoices now have an additional status available: Refunded. Once the bill has been marked as Issued or Paid, you can switch it to Refunded. When a private bill is marked as refunded, the “amount refunded” appears on the invoice.

The Additional Info panel for claims in Public Billing now has the Rural Location field. If a user has already added the location within the Billing Info section of their profile, it will default to that value within the additional billing info.

Users were previously able to Save, eFax, Print, and Share prescriptions without filling the necessary prescription fields such as dosage. Now, an amount needs to be entered before the prescription can be created, which helps eliminate errors and confusion.

Previously, the Online Booking confirmation page and the appointment emails patients would receive upon booking an appointment online would display the selected date and time in a format that was hard to read. This has been changed to a user-friendly format.

When a user would double click certain buttons in Arya, it would cause the result action of those buttons to be duplicated. For example, users could create duplicated tasks, address book entires, add two of the same document into eFax outbox and so on. This has been fixed, so double-clicking the buttons in Arya no longer duplicates their actions.

Signatures uploaded into note templates as images would be displayed incorrectly in the printed version of the notes. This has been resolved to allow the uploaded signature images to appear normally.
