📣What's New and Improved?
Marking tasks as Favourites
To streamline you workflows, you can mark frequently used tasks as favourites and assign them to users in a few clicks, instead of typing the same message over again.
Enter the Task description you would like to be saved. After that, click the star icon next to the Task description. Once you have filled the rest of the fields and created a task, it becomes saved in your favourite ones:
Once you open the Tasks section and click into the Task field, your favourite tasks will automatically be suggested to you in a drop-down:
You can also search for the task you need by starting to type the first couple letters of it and you will see the corresponding options appear in the drop-down.
Maintaining Filter and Option Preferences Across Page Navigation
The following areas of Arya have been adjusted to maintain the selected options after navigating away and back to the page:
Schedule: selected user; Day/Week/Month View, selected date.
Global Results: selected user and category.
Global Referrals: list/table view, selected user and status.
Global Tasks: selected task bucket, sorting by column.
Global Billing: selected user, Public/Private tab, sorting by column.
Global eFax: Inbox/Outbox/Sent, selected user and status.
Global Portal: selected user and status.
Patient-level Resuls: selected user and category.
Patient-level Referrals: selected user and status.
Patient-level Tasks: sorting by column.
Patient-level Billing: sorting by column.
Patient-level eFax: Outbox/Sent, selected status.
Patient-level Portal: Questionnaires/Docs tab.
Global Referrals: Incoming - Statuses & Home Page display
Non-clinical users will now be able to decrease the number of Active referrals visible on their home page by marking them as Completed. The Completed status has been excluded from the All Active count, so it is easier to sort through the Referrals that still need some actions to be taken with, and the ones that are no longer needed for the admin staff to be visible.
🛠️ What is Fixed
Appointment Type listed as 'Unknown' After Booking Online
Previously, our users have encountered an issue with appointments booked through online booking by patients. In Schedule, in the Appointment History log, the type was listed as 'Unknown'. This has now been fixed to display the correct appointment type.
Improved Translations for QC Clinics
Several areas of Arya have had improvements in French translation of the interface. The fixed sections include: the error message popup on the online booking page, patient portal password requirements, patient portal terms of service, patient portal shared notification email.
