📣What's New and Improved?
Arya is now Integrated with CareConnect!
For BC users, you will now have the ability to easily access CareConnect directly from Arya. Within a Patient's Chart, there will now be a CareConnect button for you to select. Once selected, you will be directed to the BC Services Card Login page to login using the 2FA required for CareConnect. Once you have confirmed the login with the BC Services app, you will be logged into CareConnect and will automatically be navigated to the Patient's chart that you were in when accessing CareConnect.
Ability to Upload PNG, JPG, and JPEG Image Files to Results
When uploading results in either the Global Results or the Patient-Level Results, you will now have the ability to upload PNG, JPG, and JPEG image file types instead of just PDF documents.
Ability to Change Email Address Attached to your Account
Users will now be able to request an email address change for their Arya accounts. To do so, users can contact Arya support via Intercom or Email to request this. The Arya support team will go forward with changing to the new email and an email will be sent to confirm this change.
Within the email, a hyperlink to Accept Change will be available for you to select. By selecting this link, you will be directed to Arya's confirmation landing page letting you know that the change is now made and final. From here, you can now login with the updated email address.
🛠️ What is Fixed or Updated?
Excelleris Results Appearing as Abnormal
Excelleris results will no longer display all results as Abnormal. Only abnormal results when received via Excelleris will display Abnormal. Normal results will not display this.
Ability to Sort Patient Contacts
When in a Patient's Profile under Contacts, you will now be able to sort the order of the Patient's Contacts.
Referrals Table View not Loading More Referrals
When in Table View in either Incoming or Outgoing Referrals, when you scroll to the bottom, more referrals will now load for you. You no longer have to navigate to List View to load more Referrals.
Patient Name Appearing on the below Referral in List View
When in List View, the patient name within the list will no longer display incorrectly on a different referral within the list view.
⚠️New Issues to watch out for:
Sometimes there are unexpected new issues that pop-up after a release. We do our best to find and fix any and all issues before your clinic starts in the morning However, there are times that we may miss some or are unable to resolve found issues in time. To improve transparency of potential issues you may see after a release, a list of known new issues will be updated here once testing of Arya EHR post release is complete.
