📣What's New and Improved?

Action Items have been improved when creating Prescriptions

The action items found within the Prescription Creation popup window have been updated to improve your workflow.

The action items will no longer be Cancel, Save & Print, and Save & eFax. The action items will now be:

  • Cancel

  • Share

  • eFax

  • Print

  • Save

This improvement is to keep consistency in action items throughout Arya.

🛠️ What is Fixed or Updated?

Email and SMS Reminders

An update has been made to Arya's Email and SMS reminders. All patients will now receive all Reminder Alerts for appointments.

  • Appointment types that include the Immediate reminder alert will receive the appointment reminder right away.

  • For 24 hour, 48 hour, 72 hour, and 1 week reminder alerts, the patient will receive the reminder at the 24 hr/48 hr/72 hr/1 week time prior to the appointment.

Inputting Data for Growth Charts

When charting for a patient that requires data entry within the growth chart, the input fields will appear and the data entered will now plot on the Growth Chart accordingly.

Patient Flagged Alerts

The flagged alerts for patients no longer re-appear while still currently in the patient's chart. If a user is in a patient's chart with a flagged alert, when the alert is closed out, it will no longer re-appear when navigating to a different tab within the patient's chart.

  • The flagged alert will stay displayed until the user closes the alert, or if the user navigates out of the patient's chart.

Selecting Twice on Uploaded Results

When a user uploads a PDF result to the Global Results or Patient-Level Results, you no longer have to re-select the PDF on the left-hand panel. The PDF result that was uploaded will automatically be selected and display on the main panel.

Questionnaires Tab on Mobile

If a patient is viewing their Patient Portal from a mobile device, the Questionnaires tab will now be available in the dropdown on mobile. This allows patients to answer questionnaires directly from their mobile device.
