Arya now has a new premium feature available for users that are interested in incorporating both dictation and AI into their charting. Arya Notes now have built-in AI to transcribe medical notes and dictation available for patient notes.

AI Scribe is a new feature that will have AI create a note for you. Rather than selecting an existing template, users with this premium feature can select Scribe instead to start a template that will be generated through AI. Once you select Notes within a patient's chart, for the users that have the premium feature, the Scribe button will be available on the left-hand side for you to select.

Once selected, a blank note template will appear in the center for you and the AI Scribe will appear on the right-hand panel for you to utilize. You can now start using Arya's AI Scribe to create your notes.

Before selecting Start, you will need to select the Template Format you wish the AI Scribe to create

Once you have selected your template and audio, you can select Start. Arya's AI Scribe will start transcribing and recording what you dictate, which will start appearing below in the right-hand panel. Once you are done dictating, you can select Clear if you wish to start over and delete what was transcribed, or select Create.

If you are happy with what you dictated, you can select Create. By selecting Create, Arya's AI platform will start generating the note with the dictation you provided. Since Arya's AI has to generate the new note, you will see a loading screen in the center of the page which will let you know that Arya is generating your new note.

Once Arya's AI Scribe has generated and create the note, it will then appear in the center screen as your new AI generated note.

Arya now has a Dictate feature that can be used while you are writing up a note for a patient. Once you have selected an existing note template, users with the premium feature will find a Dictate button in the middle that they can use within the chosen note template.

The Dictate feature will allow you to dictate and create a transcription that you can insert anywhere in your chosen note template. Once you have selected Dictate, a panel will open on the right-hand side.

You can select Start and start dictating what you wish to transcribe and insert into your note. If you wish to start over, or delete what was transcribed, you can select Clear to remove what was just dictated. Once you are happy with what you dictated and are happy with the transcription, you can place your cursor in the desired location within the note template and select Insert.

The Total Paid amount found within the Paid Billings tab for Ontario users now calculates and generates your total paid amount instead of $0.00.

When creating a new note in a patient's chart that has zero notes, you no longer have to select the note twice for it to appear in the center.

Allergies will still appear on the prescriptions page as per usual, but will now appear within the top white container rather than above it.
