Arya has a premium feature of a built-in AI and dictation functionality to seamlessly generate AI transcribed notes or to dictate portions of your note to reduce time spent charting.
Scribe
AI Scribe will have AI create a note for you. Rather than selecting an existing template, users with this premium feature can select Scribe to start a template that will be generated through AI. Once you select Notes within a patient's chart, the Scribe button will be available on the left-hand side for you to select:
Once selected, the AI Scribe will appear on the right-hand panel.
There, you will need to select the Template Format you wish the AI Scribe to create.
NOTE: Currently, the templates in the drop-down are the only ones available. We are looking into adding more template options in the future.
Once you have selected your template, you can select Start. Arya's AI Scribe will start transcribing and recording what you dictate, which will start appearing below in the right-hand panel. Once you are done dictating, you can select Stop.
If you are happy with what you dictated, you can click Create. By selecting Create, Arya's AI platform will start generating the note with the dictation you provided. Since Arya's AI has to generate the new note, you will see a loading screen in the center of the page which will let you know that Arya is generating your new note.
Once Arya's AI Scribe has generated and create the note, it will then appear in the center screen as your new AI generated note.
Dictate
Arya has a Dictate feature that can be used while you are writing up a note for a patient. Once you have selected an existing note template, users with the premium feature will find a Dictate button in the middle that they can use within the chosen note template.
You can click anywhere in the Note and select Dictate to begin dictating what you wish to transcribe. A Recording indicator will appear to confirm that dictation has started, and a Stop button will be available to end your recording.
Once you select Dictate and begin speaking, your words will be transcribed directly into the main Note panel.
You can also move your cursor into the different parts of the note without pausing the dictation and the system will start inserting the text into the next place where you've put your cursor.
