New Billing Feature

  • Billing Permissions
Only users with billing permissions enabled can access, view and edit the public claims for physicians.

To enable billing permissions for users in your clinic, you can go to Edit My Profile > Billing Info and enable the toggles in front of their names:

Patient Profile

  • New Pediatric History Section
A dedicated Pediatric History tab has been added for patients under 19, consolidating Well Baby Records and Growth Charts. Existing data remains view-only for patients over 19.

  • New BMI Growth Charts (Ages 2–19)
BMI percentiles are now calculated and plotted automatically into the BMI chart.

🛠️ What is Fixed

Schedule: Missing Appointment Types

Appointments now always save with an assigned appointment type correctly.

Referrals: Missing Referral Status

Referrals assigned from eFax now always include a status and appear correctly in physician triage list and homepage counter.

eFax: Fax to Pharmacy Feature Improvement

“eFax to Pharmacy” sends only the selected prescription, not other outbox items.

Billing: WCB Claim Number Not Saving

Newly created claims correctly save in the patient’s billing history.

Demographics: Old PHN Displaying After Insurer Change

Changing insurer to Private/No Insurer properly removes PHN from print previews in Notes.
