In this article, we will provide a step-by-step guide on how to link your Arya online booking system with your clinic's website.
1. Click the drop-down menu in the top right corner of Arya and select Edit My Clinics:
2. You will be taken to your Clinic Settings page. Locate the Online Booking Settings section and click the Online Booking button:
4. A new tab will open with your clinic's online booking page. You can copy the URL address of this page, as this is your clinic's unique online booking link:
5. Once you have copied the Online Booking URL, you can paste this into your clinic's website. This can be placed in a button or link within your clinic's website, as well as shared with patients through Arya's Patient Portal.
📖 NOTE: Patients will only be able to book online once your clinic has enabled 'Online Booking' in the Schedule Settings and the patient has an email in the system.
