Clinic administrators can create and configure waitlists from the Admin section. This includes creating waitlists, organizing them, configuring columns, and setting dropdown options.
Accessing Waitlist Settings
Navigate to the Admin page from the upper-right drop-down menu.
At the top of the page, click the General tab.
In the left sidebar, select Waitlist.
Creating a New Waitlist
In the Waitlists section (right side of the page), click Add.
Enter a name for your waitlist.
Click Save.
Your new waitlist will appear in the list.
Editing Waitlists
To reorder waitlists
Use the drag (burger) icons to rearrange waitlists.
The order set here will be reflected in your clinic’s waitlist view.
To rename a waitlist
Click Edit in the upper right corner.
Click the waitlist name.
Update the name in the pop-up window.
Click Save.
To delete a waitlist
Click Edit in the upper right corner.
Click the red delete icon next to the waitlist.
Click Confirm to remove it.

Configuring Columns
Each waitlist can have its own set of columns.
The Columns section is located in the middle of the page.
Available columns are predefined by the system. Custom columns cannot be created at this time.
Use the toggles to enable or disable columns for the selected waitlist.
If you have multiple waitlists:
Select the waitlist from the right-side panel.
Adjust the column toggles for that specific waitlist.
Managing Dropdown Options
You can configure dropdown options used in waitlists for the following fields:
Priority
Procedure
Sites
Statuses
All sections work the same way:
Click Add to create a new item.
Click Edit to rename or delete the item.
Use the drag (burger) icons to rearrange items.
