How to Create Custom Referral Statuses and Labels

You can manage the list of Referral statuses and labels for your clinic in the Referrals Engine.

To access it, open the upper-right corner drop-down menu and select the Admin option. In the new tab that opens, navigate to Referrals:

Referral Statuses

Here, you can create, edit, and organize custom referral statuses for Incoming and Outgoing referrals.

To add a new status, click Add at the top of the panel. A new line will appear, where you can indicate the name of your status.

To rearrange your statuses and change the order they appear in, you can drag and drop them using the following buttons:

To remove a status, click Edit and select the red button next to the status you wish to delete:

NOTE: Default system statuses cannot be removed, so the red button does not appear next to them.

Labels

Below the status sections, you can also see the Label Management panel:

Similarly to the statuses, you can add, remove and rearrange the labels for your referrals.
