Once the referral has been assigned a status of Approved, Rejected or Waitlist, the 'Notify' button becomes active.

Note: If the referral has been uploaded directly from your computer and there is no number assigned, you can enter it manually into the From field.
Once the automated letter has been sent, the 'Notify' button becomes grey and changes to 'Notified'.
