To access the Analytics panel, click the upper-right drop-down with your clinic's name and select the Analytics option:
Step 1: Refine Patient List Criteria
Define the parameters for your patient list through the filters at the top of the page. These filters include:
User: Choose the clinical user (Primary Provider) to filter patients:
All Users: Includes all clinical user patients.
Individual User: Filters patients based on the selected clinical user, determined by the Assigned To field for each patient.
Patient Status: Filter patients by their current status (Status field in patient demographics):
All Statuses
Active
Inactive
Deceased
Patient Tags: you can select one or multiple tags and filter to see only the patients who have these tags assigned to them. If the field is left empty, the search results will display patients based on the other search parameters regardless of their tags.
Date Range:
Note: click the calendar icon in the Start Date - End Date field to select the date range.
Specify a date range based on when the patient was last seen:
If filtering by a specific user, the date reflects when the patient was last seen by that user.
If "All Users" is selected, the date reflects when the patient was last seen by any user.
Specify a date range based on when the patient's chart was created in your clinic.
Note: only appointments marked as Arrived or Finished are taken into account when sorting patients by 'Last Visited Date'.
To generate the list of patients select the "Search" button located to the right of the filters.
Step 2: Export the Patient List
Click the "Export as CSV" button to download a CSV file containing the patient list. This file can be opened using spreadsheet applications for further analysis or record-keeping.

Note: currently you can download a 500 patient export. We are working on adding the functionality to export larger lists soon.
