Updated over a month ago

Arya's Notes Engine provides the ability to draw on a note template within the patient’s chart. The Notes Engine section of your clinic offers a placeholder that allows you to insert a draw box into your Note template.

Please check the steps below on how to use this option.

Creating a Note Template

1. In your Arya clinic, click the drop-down menu on the right-hand side and go to Admin:

2. Click on the “Notes Engine” tab to open up the Notes engine:

3. In the panel on the left, click the New button, enter the title for your form and click Add.

TIP: If you click on the “Private” button your template will only be visible to you on the Notes page.

4. Upload the image you'd like to draw on. Click on the image icon in the left corner of the window and upload the file from your computer into the note.

TIP: The image gets inserted into the beginning of the note template, so you might wish to upload the image first, then add the text above it later.

5. Find the Draw placeholder option on the bottom of the right-side panel and place the box on top of the image you have uploaded:

6. After making the necessary adjustments to the note, click Publish.

Drawing in a Note template

1. Navigate to the patient chart and open the Notes tab. Click New and select the template you have just created.

2. Draw on the image, indicating the necessary areas.

3. After that, you can keep editing the note, as well as Share, eFax, Print or Download it.
