Navigate to the Notes Engine within the Admin tab.

Select the template you wish to add an image to or create a new template by selecting New.

Select the image button above the template preview on the left side to insert an image within the note template.

Note: You can also upload a header image by clicking on Upload Header Image

Once you have selected the image icon, your file manager will appear for you to select which image you would like to upload into the note template. The image you have selected will now appear within the note template below.

Once you have completed the above 3 steps, you can select Publish and when using this note template in a patient's chart, the image will automatically appear.
