Introducing the Enhanced Portal Tab: Simplified Questionnaire Assignment
We're excited to unveil our latest update to Arya's Patient Portal tab, designed to streamline questionnaire assignment for both clinical and non-clinical users. Here's what's new:
For Clinical Users: Automatic Assignment When a clinical user shares a questionnaire to a patient's portal, Arya will assign the questionnaire to the same clinical user automatically. This assignment will be visible in the portal global tab when filtered by the clinical user.
For Non-Clinical Users: Intuitive Workflow Non-clinical users can now assign questionnaires with ease. When sharing a questionnaire, they'll be prompted to select a clinical user from a dropdown menu. Once selected, the Share button will pop up, indicating readiness to share the questionnaire with the patient's portal.
Invoices showing Paid Amount
When marking an invoice as paid, the paid amount will be displayed alongside the remaining amount due, indicating that the invoice has been fully settled.
Questionnaires Auto-Save for Patients
When patients are completing a questionnaire within the patient portal, they will now auto-save. This will allow patients to complete their questionnaire without losing their information when they navigate to a different tab.
🛠️ What is Fixed or Updated?
Portal Count on the Home Page
The Portal count on the Home Page will now display accurate numbers. Clinical Users will see an accurate count of portal submissions assigned to them. Non-Clinical Users will see an accurate count of portal submissions for the clinic.
Email Address and Health Number Staying Attached to Deleted Patients
When you delete a patient or have previously deleted a patient but wish to use the health number and/or email address that was attached to the deleted patient, you can now do so. The health number and/or email address will no longer stay attached to the deleted patient.
Favoriting a Contact
Users now have the capability to mark clinic-level contacts as favorites.
Unable to Remove the Family Physician under Patient Demographics
Users are able to remove the family physician of a patient profile from the demographics page.
The Date and Time within the Dynamic Date and Time Fields can be Removed
Users now have the capability to clear the date or time from the field, allowing it to be left blank for occasions when they prefer not to include a specific date or time on the form.
Prescription Amount Can Now Accept 0 as a Quantity
Users may input the medication amount as "0" to include it as a discontinued medication.
Images uploaded in Notes Engine
Images now maintain their original size and are not resized to a smaller dimension when converted to PDF.
Deleted Charts
When a patient chart is deleted, the health number and email address become available for use on a new patient chart and are no longer associated with the deleted patient.
Placeholders Not Displaying in Month View
All Placeholders will now display when in the Month View.
