Ability to view Appointment History
Arya users will now be able to view the appointment history for any appointment on the schedule. It will indicate who initially created the appointment, and any edits that have been made to the appointment. It will log the following items when changed:
Appointment Type
Appointment Date
Appointment Start and End Times
Appointment Status
Reason for Visit
Room
Profile Panel within the Patient Portal Tab
When you are within a patient's chart and navigate to the Patient Portal tab, you will now be able to open the profile side panel to view within this page.
Creating Appointments for Patients with no Email
When creating an appointment for a patient that does not have an email on file, it will now inform users of this. This will help inform the user just in case the appointment type being booked has Email reminders set.
🛠️ What is Fixed or Updated?
Task Comments Displaying in other Task Comments
Comments were appearing in other task comments, this is now resolved and only display in the correct task comment section
Inactive History Items not Displaying User History
User history will now display on medical history items when listed as inactive
Home Page Counts
The counts displayed on the home page have been updated to save faster and display accurate numbers faster for our users
The Results have been updated to provide more accurate numbers on the home page
