Updated over a week ago

This article will help you to add and create a schedule for a new provider. Please follow the steps below to create and configure the provider's calendar.

How to onboard a new practitioner for their schedule:

First, Login to your Arya account with your credentials.

  1. On the top right corner of the page, click on the Clinic Name Dropdown (here it is Arya EHR Demo Clinic).

  2. From the Dropdown click Admin.

  3. Once you click Admin, you will be re-directed to the Forms Engine. From here, Click on Schedule button at the top of the page.

  4. From the Schedule, go to the Online Booking.

  5. Select New to add a new Provider to the Schedule.

  6. On the Text Fields-

    1. Select Physician from your list of users. You can type in this field to reduce the results as well.

    2. From the dropdown choose the Time Interval to set the Schedule time allotted to each patient. An interval is what average duration you book your appointments in, or their increments. Intervals will add lines to the schedule based on the length of time you have selected. For example, if you have 10 minute increments, the system will show 6 lines each hour for booking an appointment.

    3. Click on Save to save the Provider.

    4. You will see the message on the top right side of the page: Success!. The provider is added successfully to your schedule.

    5. From here, you can toggle On or Off the following settings:

      1. Telehealth - virtual visits

      2. Online booking - allowing patients to book appointments via your online booking link

      3. Accepts New Patients - do you allow new patients to book appointments directly through online booking

      4. Allow In-Person Appointments - do you allow patients to book physical appointments via online booking.
