How to add your patient's healthcare contacts to their chart.

Add a Patient's Contacts

To access a patient's contacts, navigate to the Profile tab in their chart and click Contacts on the left. The Contacts panel will expand, displaying the patient's contact list.

To add a new contact, you can either select a contact by searching the Address Book, or add a custom contact by filling out the fields. After that, click Add.

Edit a Contact

To edit an existing contact, open the Contacts panel and click on the field you wish to edit. You can make changes directly in the field, and your changes will automatically be saved.

Delete a Contact

To delete a contact:

1. Click on the Edit button in the Contacts panel.

2. Click the Delete icon to the right of the contact that you want to delete.

3. Click the Confirm button to delete the contact.

4. Click the Done button to exit delete mode.
