WBR Guides: Improved Speed
We have been working on improving the speed and performance of our Well Baby Record pages. Users should be experiencing fasted loading times when browsing or filling out the WBR Guides.
Patient List: Deleting Duplicate Charts without Updating the PHN
In case of two duplicate charts with the same health number appearing in the system, users would need to update the health number in one of the charts and make sure the two numbers were no longer identical in case they needed to remove one of the charts. Now, the duplicate charts can be removed without any prior changes to the PHN.
Creating Prescriptions with 0 as the Mandatory Field Value
Previously, the system would only allow prescriptions to be created with the number of 1 or higher entered into the Amount field. This did not allow users to conveniently create discontinue orders, so the requirements for the field have been adjusted to allow 0.
Demographics - Assigned To Reset when Adding Referring or Family Physician
When a family physician or referring physician was added to patient demographics, the “Assigned To” field would reset and appear blank. The physician that originally appeared in that field would be removed. This has now been resolved and the assigned user stays intact in the patient chart.
Billing: 'Payment Method' and 'Amount' Columns Included into CSV Export
With the introduction of the new 'payment method' field in Private Billing invoices, we have also updated the format of the CSV export files to include this value as an additional column. Similarly, in Public Billing, the Submitted Bills are now extracted with the amount billed indicated in the 'Amount' column.
Private Billing: 'Total Amount' Added to the Page
The Private Billing page now features the Total Amount field in the bottom right corner of the page similarly to the Public Billing section. The Total Amount is automatically calculated based on all the bills present in the selected section of billing.
Survey Engine: Multi-Select Order Not Saved When Rearranging
Previously, users adding the multi-select or single select question types in Survey Engine, trying to manually rearrange the order of the select options, would see the order randomly change upon saving the questionnaire. This has been fixed and the options remain in the manually selected order.

We are in the process of implementing a major backend update to enhance system performance and ensure compliance with the latest industry standards. As a result, some layout inconsistencies may be visible across various pages of Arya. Our team is actively working to resolve these issues, and we expect them to be gradually addressed in the coming days.
