How to change the time interval on the schedule page

When reviewing your schedule, you can easily change the time interval displayed. Changing the time interval will update the increments in which the schedule is viewed. For example: a selected time interval of 10 minutes will display 6 lines on the schedule per hour whereas a selected time interval of 30 minutes will display 2 lines on the schedule per hour.

You have the ability to change the time interval in two ways on the schedule page:

  1. All User Day View

  2. Single User Week view

In either of these views, click on time interval. A pop-up will appear with time interval choices of 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, and 60. Click on one and the new time interval will be reflected on the schedule.

πŸ“– Note: the time interval in the Single-user Day view cannot be changed through this drop-down, it corresponds to the default interval set up in the user's Schedule Admin settings.
