📣What's New and Improved?

Appointment Change Notifications

We're excited to let you know that Arya will now send a message to your patients notifying them about updates to their upcoming appoinments, without you having to reach out to them separately.

The notification is triggered if you change the date and time, as well as the type of appointment. The notification will contain the old and new appointment details for the patient to compare.

Improved Password Policy

Arya is improving its password policy for users. This will only apply to new users joining Arya. Existing users' passwords will not be affected until they use the Change Password or Forgot Password options.

The new passwords will have to:

  • be 12 characters minimum

  • expire annually (365 days)

  • contain at least three of the following:

  1. At least one uppercase character (A through Z)

  2. At least one lowercase character (a through z)

  3. At least one numerical digit (zero through nine)

  4. At least one non-alphanumeric character (~!@#$%^&*_-+=’ |\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/);

🛠️ What is Fixed

Private Billing: Amount Due and Amount Paid Values

When creating an invoice through Private Billing, you can now see the fields Amount Due and Amount Paid displaying correct values based on the status of the invoice. Statuses 'Pending' and 'Issued' will have the Amount Due filled in, and Amount Paid empty. On the contrary, invoices in 'Paid' status will have Amount Due empty and Amount Paid filled in with the amount in question.

Resetting Billing Removes the Signature in Profile

Previously, when a user would reset their billing within Billing Info, this action would also remove the signature within Account Info on their account. This issue has been resolved, so now resetting your billing will not affect the signature uploaded into your account.

Comments not Saving in Results

Users have reported an issue with comments not saving in the Results section of Arya. This has been fixed, so now comments can be saved and reviewed by users when using Results.
