Locating the F8/F11 Physician's Report
If you are in need of filling out a WCB/WSBC Physician's Report they can be found within the Forms tab in Arya.

Completing the F8/F11 Physician's Report
Once you have located the form, you can start completing the report like you would as a chart note.
