Favoriting note and form templates is a great way to quickly see relevant templates at the top of the list of options. This will save you scrolling time and make your workflows more efficient.

Let’s take a look at how to make the most of favoriting note, and form templates.

How to Access a Patient's Notes

To access a patient's notes, navigate to the Notes tab in their patient chart.

How to Access Note Templates

Once you are in the Notes tab of their patient chart, to access note templates please click on New to open the list of templates.

Here is an example what you would see:

📖 NOTE The templates are sorted alphabetically and you are able to scroll through them, and you are able to search for them too.

How to Favourite a Note Template

While you are in the Select Template window navigate your mouse to the right side of the window and click on the "☆" icon to favourite your note template of choice.

After you have clicked on the "☆" icon, the selected note template will be displayed at the top of the list of templates.

📖 NOTE The non-favourited note templates will remain listed in alphabetical order Underneath the Favourited note templates.

📖 NOTE To unfavourite a note template, click the "☆" icon again. The template will go back to its place in alphabetical order Underneath the Favourited note templates.

To access a patient's forms, navigate to the Forms tab in their patient chart.

Once you are at the Forms tab in their patient chart to access forms templates please click on New to open the list of templates.
