Restored the missing Version Code field in the Add Patient window for charts with Ontario selected as the Insurer.

Fixed homepage task counters to correctly navigate to Urgent and Overdue buckets.

Added scrollbars to the PDF viewer windows in eFax Inbox and Results tabs.

Editor users can now edit and delete existing schedule comments.

Fixed the issue preventing the removal of billing codes from appointment types.

Restored scroll functionality so all templates are accessible at standard zoom levels.
